Product return / exchange

Ingco Online Store Return and Exchange Policy

 

User < strong style="font-size: 12pt;">rights ( Legal Warranty).

  • If the product has a factory defect, the customer has the right to request the seller to repair/replace the product free of charge, reduce the price or withdraw from the contract.
  • Repair and replacement of the product are the primary rights of the user. The customer has the right to request the seller to repair or replace the product free of charge, unless this is impossible due to the nature of the product or requires a disproportionate or inappropriately high cost.
  • The product must be repaired or replaced within 14 calendar days, in such a way that the customer does not face a significant delay, taking into account the nature of the product and the purpose for which he purchased this product.
  • Repairing or replacing the product free of charge means that the seller will bear all costs (including postage, labor and material costs) necessary to bring the product into conformity with the terms of the contract.
  • The customer has the right to request a reduction in the price of the product or to withdraw from the contract if one of the following conditions exists:

           

            a) the product cannot be repaired or replaced;

            b) the seller did not repair or replace the product within the stipulated period and the consumer lost interest in the performance of the contract;

            c) repair or replacement of the product by the merchant will cause significant disruption to the customer.                                                                                 

  • The user has the right, in the case of withdrawing from the contract, to demand compensation for damages caused by non-fulfillment of the contract in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Georgia.
  • The customer does not have the right to refuse the contract if the defect of the product is insignificant.
  • The merchant is obliged to return the amount paid to the customer within 14 calendar days after receiving the notification of return of the item.
  • If the request to change the product is confirmed, the company will provide the customer with an identical product within 14 calendar days;
  • If the product is not available at the given moment, the company will refund the paid amount within 14 working days;
  • If necessary, the purchased product will be stored for 3 months.

 

 

Product return conditions 

 

When returning the product, the customer must have:

  • Payment receipt;                                    
  • ID document;
  • Product presented in original packaging.

 

 

In case of return of purchaseCompany&nbsp ;undertakes obligation to reimburse paid amount< strong> 100% if:

  • The product's appearance is preserved and all the additional parts that were received at the time of purchase are included.

 

 

 product change terms:

  • If the product is not available at the given moment, the company will refund the paid amount within 14 working days;
  • If necessary, the purchased product will be stored for 3 months.

 

 

Transportation Service Compensation Rule: br />

In case of product return / replacement by the customer, the company will reimburse the cost of delivery if:

  • The purchase does not correspond to the technical description of the product presented on the website;
  • The product has a factory defect;
  • The product was damaged during transportation.
