Warranty conditions

Warranty conditions:

1. on the natural wear and tear of the instrument (full production of the resource, strong internal or
external pollution).

2. Damages and problems:
* mechanical damages (cracks, scratches, chips, etc.); >* problems caused by improper storage (oxidation of metal parts, etc.);
* problems caused by mechanical and temperature effects on the electric wire
3. On instrument problems caused by:
* instrument overloading (which caused the hub, stator, etc.
out of order);
* neglect of operating rules or incorrect operation;
* instrument When used for the wrong purpose;
* due to the use of accessories unsuitable for the tool (drills, picks, discs, etc.).
4. "INGCO" service department will consider the warranty case if the buyer
presents a fully completed warranty card, receipt,
invoice or other proof of purchase document.
* The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale of the device. and amounts to
12 months.
5. During the warranty period, the following will be eliminated free of charge:
* problems caused by the use of poor quality materials;* assembly defects caused by the factory-manufacturer.

1. On parts subject to natural wear (carbon bushings, toothed belts,
rubber seals, bushings, protective casings, guide rollers,
pipes, bearings that do not have visible defects, etc.).
2. Replaceable accessories (cartridges, pliers, etc.) and working equipment (drills,
disks, etc.).
3. On instruments that have been opened or repaired during the warranty period
in an unlicensed service center of "INGCO".
4. On the instruments that have the factory number deleted or corrected.

5. on battery blocks that have fully developed their resource.
Regular
technical service is mandatory for "INGCO" electric tools and equipment.
The periodicity of technical service is
equal to the working life of the set of coal muses. Technical service works in service centers are paid and
are carried out according to the service center's valid tariffs. Problems identified during technical service, which are subject to warranty obligations, will be resolved based on an agreement with the customer, in the established manner. The buyer's signature confirms that he has read the terms and conditions described on both sides of the warranty
card and the instructions for the instrument.
6. Warranty service and
repair of "INGCO" equipment on the territory of Georgia is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements and norms
only in the company's or its authorized service centers.

1. It is possible to change the item in case of finding a factory fault, based on the warranty
conclusion. Item must be returned to the warehouse within 2 days of purchase.
Instrument Service Center
2. If the service center is unable to repair the item or provide the proper details
within 30 working days, the item is subject to replacement.
